Classes & Programs

Six Programs, One Membership

Mix It How You Like

Every membership includes all six programs. Try everything in your first week and see what sticks. Most people end up with two favorites and a third they complain about lovingly.

Strength & Power class at GritHouse01

Strength & Power

60 min
Sweaty

This is the backbone of the gym. Each block runs eight weeks and builds on the one before it, so you are never starting over. You will learn the big lifts properly, then get strong at them. Expect chalk, expect structure, expect to feel it tomorrow.

What To Expect

  • Eight week blocks with tested lifts at the end
  • Maximum 12 lifters per class
  • Video review of your main lifts every two weeks

When

Mon / Wed / Fri at 6:00am, 12:00pm and 5:30pm

Boxing class at GritHouse02

Boxing

60 min
Spicy

Run by coaches who fought amateur, this class teaches real technique before it asks for real effort. Rounds get longer as the hour goes on and the room gets quieter, which is usually a sign it is working. All levels welcome, sparring never required.

What To Expect

  • Technique drills before every round of work
  • Gloves and wraps available to borrow
  • Conditioning finisher you will complain about and then ask for

When

Mon / Fri at 7:00pm and Tue / Thu at 6:30pm

HIIT Engine class at GritHouse03

HIIT Engine

45 min
Spicy

Forty five minutes of intervals that scale to any fitness level. The board shows your pace, the clock keeps you honest, and the format changes weekly so nobody coasts. Hard work, zero boredom.

What To Expect

  • Heart rate based intervals with rest that matters
  • Low impact options for every station
  • A new format every week so it never gets stale

When

Tue / Thu at 6:00am and Sat at 8:00am

Power Circuit class at GritHouse04

Power Circuit

60 min
Sweaty

The favorite of members who hate routine. Ten stations, three rounds, one very long hour in the best way. Your coach sets the pace, corrects your form and keeps the clock merciless. Come hydrated.

What To Expect

  • Ten station full body circuit, three rounds
  • Load and pace scaled to you on every station
  • Different session every single time

When

Mon / Wed / Fri at 7:30am and 6:00pm

Ride class at GritHouse05

Ride

45 min
Sweaty

Climbs, sprints and rhythm work on the bike with lights down and music up. No experience needed and no coordination required, you set the resistance. The Saturday morning ride has a reputation and we are not apologizing for it.

What To Expect

  • Performance display if you want it, nobody else sees it
  • Playlists from actual humans, not algorithms
  • Shower and go straight to work after

When

Daily at 6:15am, 12:15pm and 7:00pm

Mobility Flow class at GritHouse06

Mobility Flow

50 min
Steady

The easy one to skip and the first one people regret skipping. Slow work for hips, shoulders and spine, ending with breath work on the floor. Lifters, desk workers and runners all leave this one walking better than they came in.

What To Expect

  • Fifteen minutes of targeted joint work every session
  • Options for stiff beginners and bendy regulars
  • Dim lights. Nobody talks. It is great.

When

Tue at 8:00pm and Sun at 9:00am
